From: Hyroshi Seiichi, #52, Starfish Island To: Vice City Court House, #237, Downtown Date: October 11th, 2022 Time: 15:34 CET * * * I, Hyroshi Seiichi, owner of a white Washington with the license plate VC-C1602, am handing temporary ownership of the vehicle to Homero Mendoza. Homero Mendoza will receive the keys to the vehicle and the vehicle’s identity book, and will be required to return them to me after the following date: November 30, 2022.
